ETL-Lawyers, a network of 200 lawyers across Germany, offer legal expertise in a total of 30 areas of law. At the location in Gera the seven lawyers are specialised in traffic law.
In 2009, Alexander Streibhardt sought out new technological opportunities to implement his plans for digitising his law office. TA Triumph-Adler impressed the lawyer with solutions that perfectly met his requirements. The goal was to be optimally prepared for the rollout of the special electronic mailbox for lawyers, which was intended to ensure secure login and identity and authorisation checks. “We wanted to shift away from the paper files that defined our everyday work. We sought a software solution that would allow us to digitise files and easily search for and transfer text passages.”
TA Triumph-Adler analysed workflows, clarified individual requirements and rolled out the TA Legal Solutions at the law office. This involved implementing intelligent hardware and the capturing solution linked to the RA-MICRO law firm software in use at the facilities. This was done via a practical HyPAS app. Systems were set up at each workplace that can be used for scanning, faxing and printing. Data was recorded centrally through automatic document scanning and direct storage in the digital client mailbox. TA Cockpit, the web-based asset management program, was also put into use.

The law office is now a frontrunner in law firm digitisation, having long reached its goals in this area. “The workflows have become extremely efficient, data protection is guaranteed, the thick client files have vanished and we save €10,000 each year on post and telecommunications,” says Streibhardt with a smile. The law office was also able to save on personnel resources, which involves additional, significant costs savings. Streibhardt particularly appreciates that he always works with the same contact persons from the TA Triumph-Adler team. “The speed & level of reliability at TA Triumph-Adler are really ideal.”
